Welcome to the Bigdippa.com website (“we”, “our”, “us”, “the website”, “our site”).  It is a condition of using our site that you must accept all our terms and conditions (“the terms”).  If you are unable to accept them you should refrain from using the site.

 

Bigdippa.com is an online service, providing online sales for the personal use of clothing, footwear and accessories.

 

All images which appear on the site have been taken with great care.  However the colour clarity may vary between the natural eye and your computer monitor.  We cannot therefore guarantee the accuracy of the colour.

 

In order to purchase goods online, you must hold a valid debit or credit card.  You should also confirm that the information you supply on our website is both accurate and complete and relates specifically to you, the customer.  If any of your personal details change, you should advise us of the changes by email: info@bigdippa.com .

 

You must agree not to use or copy anyone else’s identity, or a name which you are not authorised to use.  By using our site, you will agree to be bound by the terms.

 

At our discretion we may change the terms and conditions from time to time.  Using the website after the changes have been made will mean that you have agreed to accept the changes and will be bound by them.

 

Placing an Order

 

When an order is placed you agree to pay the price as stated, subject the terms.  Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from bigdippa.com confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us.

 

You will then receive another email from Bigdippa.com confirming that your order has been dispatched.  You will also receive an email if any of the items you ordered are not in stock; if this occurs your debit/credit card account will only be charged with the cost of the items in stock.

 

Our acceptance of your order will be deemed to take place when you receive our email confirming the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address stated on your order.

 

The acceptance of your order will be deemed to be complete at the time the dispatch email is sent.  We may not accept your order if (1) the item ordered is out of stock, (2) we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, (3) we find a product or pricing error.

 

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.

Delivery

 

All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate.  A link to alternative currencies is available.  Please note that these are approximate price conversions which are subject to currency price fluctuation.  We will update the currencies on a regular basis but they may not always reflect the daily exchange rate.  If the purchase is made from a customer living outside the EU, the goods will be sold including UK VAT.

 

Delivery outside the UK may result in additional local import taxes being added upon receipt, which will be your responsibility.  The customs office may hold your goods if the local import taxes are not paid.  We are able to ship to the following countries:  Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Channel Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Southern Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Luxembourg, Korea, Mexico, Middle East, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. 

 

All UK and Overseas orders are shipped via DHL.  Whilst in transit, all goods will be insured.  Shipping times depend on the type of delivery you request Standard or Express.  Our standard delivery will take up to 7 working days.  However if you prefer we can provide next day delivery within the UK for which all orders must have cleared credit control by 12:00pm (midday) .  Please see below for all Shipping Charges.

Remember that the times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays.

All Sale purchases will incur a delivery charge as per above.

 

Returns / Refunds

Bigdippa.com is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s).  However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.  In order to do so the item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be directly returned to the purchaser.  

 

To return unsuitable item(s) you must contact us (see below) within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).  The information we require is; 'Name', 'Order ID'.  You will then be issued with a returns authorisation number (RAN).  You should detail the RAN on your receipt and enclose this with the item(s) that you wish to return.    

 

Items must be returned via DHL.  In order to arrange DHL shipment please call 0870 2 400 555 ( UK customers only) or via the website www.dhl.com .  Please also refer to the DHL website for Shipping Charges that you will incur when returning stock.

Unsuitable items will only be refunded or exchanged when returned within 14 days of receipt.  Returns received after the 14 day time frame will only be accepted only at the discretion of Bigdippa.com.

 

All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes or import duties incurred in delivery.  We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.

 

We advise that all customers check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.

Payment

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation by the issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will be required to either cancel your order or seek payment by another method.  If this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods, we cannot be held responsible. 

 

Payment methods include: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Delta. We take customer security very seriously and every effort is taken to protect your personal details using PROTX. 

 

Transactions will only be authorised when the card holders billing address and delivery address are the same. 

 

We do not hold your debit/credit card details on the website or our customer database.

 

Passing of Property and Risk

 

We will retain legal ownership of all items until full payment has been made by you, and the payments have been received by us. Legal ownership of the items will immediately revert back to bigdippa.com if we refund any payment to you.

 

Limited Licence

 

We grant you a limited licence to access and make personal use of the website.  Please note that you may not copy any portion of the website without prior written consent which may be withheld in our absolute discretion.

 

You are granted a limited revocable and non-exclusive right to create a link to the home page of the website for personal, non-commercial use only.  You may not link to any page of the website other than the home page.  We may at our discretion request that you remove any link to the website, and upon receiving such request you shall immediately remove such a link.

 

Any unauthorised use by you of the website terminates the limited licence set forth in this section without prejudice to any other remedy we may have provided by the law.
