Bigdippa.com is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s).  However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to do so the item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be directly returned to the purchaser.  

If you are not satisifed with your purchase you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt (see below for contact details). The information we require is, 'Name' and 'Order ID'. You will then be issued with a returns authorisation number (RAN).  You should detail the RAN on your receipt and enclose this with the item(s) that you wish to return. 

The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us and we recommend you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. You should also always obtain a proof of postage. The cost of the return is down to you.

Unsuitable items will only be refunded or exchanged when returned within 14 days of receipt.  Returns received after the 14 day time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Bigdippa.com.

 

All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes or import duties incurred in delivery.  We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.

 

We advise that all customers check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.
